The main house is an Acadian style, two story home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There’s also a kitchen, sunroom, living room and playroom with a pool table. There’s plenty of space for hair and makeup. The second home is a one story white house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In this space,  you  can  also expect a kitchen, dining room and living room. The quaint cottage has one floor and includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and living room. There’s plenty of parking for large trucks, trailers and multiple cars. There is also plenty of storage space for equipment. On this farm, you will also see a milking parlor for cattle, 3 ponds, a vegetable field, cattle, one horse, and several pastures.  

This space is perfect for filming, weddings, photo shoots, baby/bridal showers, online advertisement and commercials.

This property consist of standard residential homes, therefore production generators may be required.

We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions.
