Enjoy this space that has natural light with a very spacious living room, kitchen and basement. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The laundry room and bedrooms can be used as a dressing room or a makeup/hair room. In this space, you can expect a lot of empty space, the original wood floors, TV with cable, and use of the whole house. This home can fit three cars in the driveway and one car in front of the home. There´s additional parking available right outside the home where production crews can park in close proximity, and there´s an alley on the side of the house for loading. The property is two blocks from Harrison Avenue where there is an wide variety of food venues. 

This is a standard residential home, therefore production generators may be required.

We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions.
