Welcome to this spacious one story home that is located in the Westbank of New Orleans that offers a warm and cozy feel. Enjoy this space that has natural light with a very spacious living room, kitchen and backyard. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom can be used as a dressing room or a makeup/hair room. In this space, you can also expect wood floors, a breakfast bar, TV with cable, and speakers. The capacious backyard has more than enough space for an outdoor luncheon, baby shower, birthday party, etc. About 20-25 guest can comfortable fit within this home. This home also has two parking spaces in front of the home and there´s additional parking available right outside the home where production crews can park in close proximity. The property is a 5-10 minute drive to  a wide variety of restaurants and stores.   

This space is perfect for filming, photo shoots, baby/bridal shower, online advertisement, luncheons, and gender reveals.  

This is a standard residential home, therefore production generators may be required.

We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions.
